At CAPR, I lead the sourcing, coaching, and management of SDR teams, with a focus on not only immediate results but long-term development. I've seen too many organizations struggle to get SDRs to a point of profitability, often due to a lack of guidance and resources. Throughout my career—from key business development roles at Acoustic and Brandwatch to founding CAPR—I've come to understand that sales isn't about just numbers.
